Happy (Belated) Yarn Day

Last Friday...

Our Dinamic_CroKnit group celebrating Yarn Day.

and to celebrate it, Mba Thata came up with these ideas.

1. We exchange gift and the gift should be related to crocheting or knitting. 

So it could be yarns, book, hook, stopper, etc.

Then... we should sent the gift on Oct 12 (last Friday)

2. We should put a photo of our self or family or relatives or even friends who wore our creation. The idea was to be a narcissistic for a day ;)

so here's my pic which I called

and my friends complaint for it.

They said that the only thing whose being narcissistic in that pic is my flower hairpin.

And yes.. it's a hair pin and not a brooch

What do u think??

And now.. about a gift..

Last Monday.. I finally received my gift.

It's 3 ball of Thalenta yarn sent by Mba Dini (Malang)

 a ball of softy wool

a ball of bulky

and finally a ball of yarn which textured like towel.

Lucky me!!

Hmm.. I wonder what should I crocheted with those lovely yarns. 

Any idea??

Sneak Peek from Indonesian Crochet & Knit Festival 2011 (FRI)

Hi y'all!!
Hows ur weekend?
Mine was GREAT although got headache for few days. But the rest was so AWESOME!!!

There was Crocheting & Knitting Festival that held  in Bank Mandiri Museum (Kota) from 16 to 17 Juli 2011. Our Dinamic CroKnit group opened 1 stand there. Selling books and our craft project.

Salut to my dear crochet and knit lovers!!
It's July now and 10 days more to Indonesian Knit and Crochet Festival 2011.

This event will be held in Musium Bank Mandiri (Jakarta) on July 16-17 2011. Lots of fun will happened. Bazaar, Crochet n Knitting Course, Workshop and many more. And guessed what?!?! You might have a chance to meet your fav. designer like Thata Pang.

So don't forget to mark ur calendar ladies!!

5 Day Crochet Challenge: Headband

Still with me on 5 Day Crochet Challenge at Dinamic Crochet.

This was my 4th challenge (Dec23). A Headband. Made this one from Thalenta's Softy Cotton. I knitted this for practicing drop stitches that I learned few month a go and just added 3 crocheted flower.

Simple right?!?!?

Starting from Oct 1 until Oct 24, DC (Dinamic Crochet) got an opportunity to open a stand on Golden Trully's Woman Bazar. This bazaar took place @ Golden Trully Gn. Sahari. 

So.. if you're around, please stopped by at our stand ;)

Finally, Dinamic Crochet's charity project that was held last month (during Ramadhan) was finished.

Thank you so much for all support that been given. Thank you for trusting me in distributing those goodie bag (consist of rice, oil, nodle, etc) for 3 amazing woman (to bad only 1 of them want to be pictured).

For all donor, all doily buyer, thank you so much. You've been so kind in supporting this program.

It an unbelieveable experince for me.

Hmmm our next project Will dedicated for Padang.

Festival Rajut Indonesia 2009

Tanggal 11 - 12 Juli kemarin, ada FRI (Festival Rajut Indonesia). Acara ini mengambil tempat di Musium Bank Mandiri. Pas banget di seberang halte busway kota.

Acaranya macem-macem nih, mulai dari talkshow dengan para penulis buku merajut seperti Thata Pang & A.J. Boesra, berbagai macam kursus merajut (dari pemula banget sampai mahir), dan tentunya, Bazaar. Temen-temen Nda di CnM juga buka stand disini dan ga pernah sepi pengunjung. Dari yang baik, sampe yang maksa minta turun harga. Pokoknya macem-macem deh. Untung aja, mba-mbak-ku di CnM (Mba Rini, Teh Fenny) ramah n sabar banget melayani mereka semua. Tetep bisa senyuuum even perut dah bikin konser :D.

Nah, sebagai drakula benang, ga sah donk, klo ke acara ini tanpa bawa pulang benang n pernak pernik rajut.
